Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations or no-shows within a 24 hour notice of the scheduled appointment. Upon the time of the scheduled appointment, I have a 15-minute grace period before I consider the appointment a no show. I do understand that life happens and I will take every situation into consideration with this policy!
